First of all…your welcome for posting this because you will now not want anything else ever other then this healthy version of cookie dough. Breakfast, lunch or dinner this will be allll you crave. just kidding but when those 8 pm cravings hit… this recipe has got your back. This cookie dough is paleo and vegan, gluten and grain free, totally safe to eat raw because there is no eggs so you don’t have to worry about salmonella. My parents used to tell me I’d get worms from eating raw cookie dough as a kid, but that didn’t stop me 🙂
This recipe is totally delicious and totally GUILT FREE! Can’t wait for you guys to try it.
Recipe: Makes about 2 servings!
- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
- 3 Tbsp Coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp of pure maple syrup
- non-dairy chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
Directions: Mix it all together, add in the chocolate chips at the end, and ta-da!! Grab a big ol’ spoon and hammer down.
Optional: Add in a tbsp of Cocoa powder if your like me and LOVE it extra chocolatey. OR Add in an extra scoop of peanut butter (you wont be sorry). Add in some walnuts or macadamia nuts for an extra crunch as well!
This doesn’t bake well so don’t try and get all fancy and make actual cookies with it or you will end up with a batch of burnt ass cookies. Ive tried it so trust me. I’m now super classy and just eat it out of the bowl with a tablespoon. Sorry not sorry.
You can freeze it or store it for later, buuuuut I doubt your going to have leftovers. Its hard not to down it within 5 minutes. If you do, you have some serious willpower!
