Over the weekend I felt stuck and was in a dark place. Throughout the day I was okay but as soon as the evening hit I felt like I was drowning in loneliness and couldn’t stop crying.
I always want to keep it real with you guys and show the good parts of my life but also the bad because the whole reason I started my blog was to help/inspire others who have gone or go through the same thing.

Meditation, journaling and reading are great but sometimes that isn’t enough and more time or different solutions is needed to feel like yourself again.
Having bad mental health days are okay. It doesn’t mean anything is wrong with you but it’s important to be gentle with yourself and patient during these times. ✨
.
My latest post takes you through 6 tips of mine to get through a bad mental health day or days. 🌱
Usually I can get myself back to normal after a day or less then a day, this time it took a few. Which is totally okay and I will always take as much time as I need 💛 Dat maple syrup drip tho 😛 if your not adding this to your oats your doing life wrong cause wowzers this is a game changer 🙌🏻 Saturday morning mom & me yoga followed by matcha lattes and a lunch date 🍵🌯 so much fun doing partner poses with my momma even though we tumbled once or twice 🤷🏻‍♀️💕 Talkin’ mushroom coffee on the blog today because I’m totally obsessed. 🙌🏻and NO it doesn’t taste like mushrooms. ☕️
This tasty coffee from Four Sigmatic is made from Chaga mushrooms which are among the most nutrient dense foods. They have been known to:
- Support your immune system
- Fight inflammation
- Contain loads of antioxidants
- Make you feel like an energized, boss ass bitch
Plus more! Have to read the blog to find out 😉 link in bio 🔗 Instagram —> real life😂
This is the reality of me trying to take decent pictures for my blog. Definitely not glamorous. Sometimes my hair is sticking up, I have a stain on my shirt or in this case... I had a piece of spinach in my teeth 🤷🏻‍♀️ it is what it is Why detoxes, cleanses, fit teas/coffees don’t actually work... now live on the blog 👩‍💻 Hitting you guys with some major real ness on why I don’t support or believe in these products. You have a perfectly good self-cleansing/detoxifying system in your body already, it’s called your liver, kidneys, lungs and lymphatic system 👌🏻. Link in my bio 🔗
